The cultivated species of olives is Koroneiki. It is a subtropical plant, evergreen, windy, its height amounts to 15-20m and its life span is a few tens to hundreds of years. This longevity is attributed to the resilience that wood presents to attacks from enemies and diseases, as well as the ability to develop new vegetation from the root system and the throat. Their weight ranges from 0.6 to 1.5 grams and harvesting takes place from mid-December to late February. The oil content ranges from 15% to 30% and is considered extremely productive variety.

Our grove is divided into two parts to produce Extra Virgin and Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil to meet the needs of our customers. The experience we have gained over the years has given us the opportunity to stand on the world market as the sacred olive tree of our country, as we are careful in every detail we observe with our agronomist and our experienced staff. Olive oil is always extracted in bottles, placed in special storage boxes and reaches the customer just as it moves away from our place. The difference of organic from normal – simple cultivation lies mainly in the annual Biological Certification that we get, rather than in cultivation. This means we are very careful in both types of olive oil.
